Meet Sam - the founder whose journey inspired this coaching approach. 

 

Hi, I’m Sam - founder of CompleteSHE.

 

After years of battling binge eating, yo-yo dieting, and body image struggles, I transformed my life and now help other women do the same. As a certified Life Coach, Level 3 Personal Trainer, NLP Practitioner, and Nutritionist, I combine mindset work, sustainable nutrition, and deep coaching to guide women toward lasting change.

With a unique blend of mindset coaching, NLP techniques, and tailored nutrition support, the program goes beyond surface-level results.
